Erik is really a top notch inspector. He inspects around 600 houses a year so he knows his stuff.

Erik was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also incredibly thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the property and gave me an in-depth breakdown of any concerns, recommended maintenance intervals, and even explained how to handle much of that maintenance myself. He also took the time to let me bounce ideas off him about changes I’d like to make to the home. He was able to explain what was possible, what might not make sense, and better ways to achieve the results I was looking for.As a first-time homebuyer, the entire process can be stressful, but walking through the property with Erik gave me a much better understanding of the home and put a lot of my concerns at ease. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely helpful home inspector.

Erik recently performed an inspection for my upcoming purchase in Bergen County. It was an older house (early 1900s), but at the end of the inspection I felt comfortable that he'd done a thorough review of the interior and exterior of both the house and detached garage. He provided in-depth answers to all the questions we had. The inspection report was well-written and reflected the items we discussed during the inspection.
