Erik was phenomenal! As first time homebuyers, we weren't sure what to expect by way of home inspections but Erik went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered before, during, and after inspections. Our home inspection with Erik was great. His inspection was very informative and educational. He was able to immediately identify what the problems were with the sump pump in the home, and specifically explained all of the surrounding issues while also addressing other questions we had. He pointed out the spots that the homeowner repaired due to previously water infiltration and it was assuring to see this, as we were not told about everything that was fixed by the seller. He provided tons of recommendations and advice on various aspects of the home that were inspected and patiently answered all of the questions we could think of.

Nothing but good things to say about this inspector. I had the home inspection, radon testing, wood destroying insect, and oil tank sweep services. Erik was an excellent communicator that was supplemented with automatic notifications confirming the date and time of my inspection, information on when I would be receiving my report, and also when my reports were available. On the day of inspection, he was prompt in arriving at the home and was extremely thorough in reviewing all aspects of the property and building. I was freely able to ask him questions and get his opinion on various aspects of the home. After spending about 2.5 hours at the 1400 sq ft home, I was provided with a summary of all findings in which I received 2 days later with photos clearly outlining any defects. Erik was thorough, clear, and professional throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend his services to others in the Bergen County area.
