We are so happy we chose Erik for our home inspection! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If there were any issues he showed me what it was, what caused it, and recommended a course of action. He would also call me over to show me general info about the house, like how to use the generator and where the main water shut off valve was. He even came back the next day to re-check the oil tank scan. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Erik!

This is my first house buying experience and Erik is trustworthy, and extremely meticulous and knowledgeable. The communication Erik provided before , during and after my home inspection exceeded all of my expectations. Erik promised us a report within one business day and received it as he promised… a very simple report to download , understand and view … Being a first-time home buyer, and the tedious stressful process that comes along with it , it can be difficult to find a company that you can instill trust in to meet all of your concerns while being descriptive and attentive to all of your questions. Erik made sure to explain everything so that we understood what needed to be addressed immediately and what needed to done to maintain the integrity of the home going forward. I would highly recommend Erik for all of your home inspection needs!

Erik was an amazing home inspector. He spent 4 hours with us going over every detail and explaining things very thoroughly. We had no questions by the time he was leaving. The report was very straight forward and easy to understand. With his level of experience he was able to gave us accurate estimates of what everything would cost to remedy the issues. He was very reasonable and goes above and beyond for his customers. We were referred to him by multiple people in the area who had also used him and were extremely happy with his services. Will definitely be using him in the future!
